Target audiences
- Employees: All individuals within the organization who will be directly or indirectly affected by the proposed changes - Managers and Supervisors: Those responsible for leading teams and ensuring that employees under their supervision understand and adapt to the changes- Stakeholders: Individuals or groups, both internal and external, who have a vested interest in the organization and its success. This may include customers, suppliers, investors, and regulatory bodies - Executives and Leadership Teams: Senior leaders who are responsible for decision-making, setting the vision for the organization, and providing support and direction for the change efforts.
Change management is a systematic approach to dealing with the transition or transformation of an organization’s goals, processes or technologies. The purpose of change management is to implement strategies for effecting change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to change.
