1. Introduction

3. Registration and Eligibility

3.3 If you register on behalf of an organization or another person, you warrant that you are authorized to bind that organization or person to these Terms.

4. Fees and Payment

5. Course Schedule, Changes and Postponement
5.1 We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Course on the dates, times, and format (online / in-person / blended) stated at the time of your registration.
5.2 We reserve the right to:
Change the trainer or facilitator;
Adjust session timings within reasonable limits;
Change the training venue within the same city; or
Convert an in-person Course to an online format,
where such changes do not materially reduce the quality or learning outcomes of the Course.
5.3 In the event of significant changes (e.g., change of city, substantial date changes, full format change without your consent), you will be offered (a) the option to transfer to another Course/date, or (b) a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.The Learning Foundry+1
6. Attendance, Conduct and Removal
6.1 You are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time and participate actively in learning activities.
6.2 We reserve the right to deny access or remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise unacceptable, or who breaches our policies or applicable laws. 6.3 For Courses with attendance requirements, we may specify a minimum attendance rate (e.g., 75%) as a condition for issuing a certificate of completion.
7. Certificates and Assessment
7.1 Where applicable, certificates will be issued only to participants who:

Have met the specified attendance and assessment requirements (exams, assignments, projects, etc.).
7.2 We do not guarantee that completion of any Course will by itself lead to passing any external exam, obtaining a license, or achieving specific employment outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All Course materials, including but not limited to slides, handouts, exercises, recordings, software, and online content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.CANTERRA SEEDS
8.2 You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Course materials solely for your own learning. You must not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, record, sell, or create derivative works from any Course materials without our prior written consent.
8.3 Unauthorized copying, recording, or distribution of Course content (including screen-recording of online sessions) may lead to immediate removal from the Course and potential legal action.
9. Refunds and Cancellations

10. Limitation of Liability
